23rd June - The Effective Team Leader and Supervisor - Lincoln Bishop BG Futures (now Business School)
Build confidence in handling common workplace challenges including performance management, effective conversations, attendance issues, delegation, prioritisation and team wellbeing. This workshop will also provide essential employment law awareness to help Team Leaders & Supervisors understand and reduce people-related risks within the business.
30th June - Getting Started in Management - Sleaford New Life Conference Centre
A top-line intro to: Leadership Styles, High Performing Teams, Communication, Giving Feedback/Having Difficult Conversations, and Personal Effectiveness (Time Management).
This workshop is intended for those either new to a management or been in position for a while and without any formal management training. During the day you learn the essential skills to successfully transition into a management position, get the best from your team and improve your own performance.

· Key focus: Identifying and responding to AI-written submissions, managing personal and sensitive data in day-to-day tasks, and navigating Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
7th Oct - Workshop 4: Managing the New Generation – Recruiting & Retaining

15th Oct - Workshop 5: Performance Management – Why It’s More Important Than Ever
