This one day CMBD course will teach you the simple methodology of sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting high performing individuals to join your organisation.
Employer branding helps advance the market position of a business, attract quality candidates and depict what it is like to work in your organisation. Traditional ways of advertising have been overtaken by the Online World and Social Media and surveys report that up to 70% of all job vacancies are never formally advertised. This practical one day course will help you reflect on your Employer Brand and your appeal with candidate communities. It will aid you in developing candidate centric processes that are easy to use, legally compliant and find you that “perfect” new employee.
This practical workshop is delivered by an experienced CMBD trainer and Recruiter, Simone Greasley (see the CMBD tutor page for her profile). She has developed Talent Acquisition strategies for the Private, Public and Charity sectors in the UK and regularly recruits for clients, both at Managerial and Board appointment level. She uses a combination of practical exercises and experiences, as well as tutor-led discussions, based on her vast experience in the recruitment/talent acquisition field.
